Starting child care is a big step — for your child, and for you. We want it to feel like the beginning of something good, not just a form to fill in.
Step 1 - get in touch
Speak with our Director or Administration Manager about your family’s needs. We’ll talk through your options and how we can best support you and your child.
Step 2 - enrol
To secure your child’s place, complete an enrolment form below, making sure every section is filled in — particularly your Centrelink details.
Please note your child will have their own CRN, separate from yours.
Step 3 - orientation
Once your enrolment is confirmed, we’ll arrange an orientation — a minimum two-hour session where you stay with your child. It’s a chance for your child to explore their new room at their own pace, for you to get to know their educators, and for everyone to ask questions. Your Room Leader will talk you through anything they need to know about your child, and we encourage you to read our Policies and Procedures during this time, too.
Step 4 - settling in
After orientation, we offer a couple of short settling sessions — around two hours, without you there — to help your child build confidence in the room. From there, we’ll help you ease into your permanent, booked sessions.
