Please follow the steps below to start the process of enrolment.

Step 1: apply for your spot
Fill out our expression of interest form below or speak with our Director or Administration Manager about your family’s needs. We’ll talk through your options and how we can best support you and your child.
Step 2: Enrol
Upon securing a booking, you will need to complete your Enrolment form, Work Capacity form & submit your child’s Immunisation records. Make sure every section is filled in — particularly your Centrelink details and ensuring you’re agreeing with terms of enrolment, bookings and billing procedures.
Please note your child will have their own CRN, separate from yours.
Step 3: Claiming your Child Care Subsidy

Both you and your child need a Customer Reference Number (CRN). Yours is on any Centrelink letter or your Medicare card details. Your child gets their own CRN when you register them with Centrelink.

Log into myGov → Centrelink → select "Make a claim" → look for Child Care Subsidy. You'll be asked about your income, how many hours of approved activity you do (work, study, volunteering etc.), and your child's details.

Once the centre submits the enrolment and you've lodged your claim, you'll get a notice to confirm the enrolment through Centrelink online. Do this promptly - the subsidy doesn't kick in until it's confirmed.

Step 4: Orientation
Once your enrolment is confirmed and all documents have been signed, we’ll arrange a 30-minute session where you stay with your child. It’s a chance for your child to explore their new room at their own pace, for you to get to know their educators, and for everyone to ask questions. Depending on your child’s individual needs, a specialised orientation will be arranged.
Step 5: Complete your child profile
Upon completing orientation, families will be provided with a child profile form to be completed and returned on or prior to the first day of care.
